For this week’s Frugal Friday I picked the College G15 high top by Primigi. Now I know some of you may be thinking that Primigi isn’t usually a very “frugal” brand, however, this high top only retails for $45 which is a great deal considering that it’s fully embellished and it’s by Primgi. Primigi is known for their great quality and this shoe is no exception. I love the new light green color that just came in but the other colors are cute as well. The sequins make the shoe fun but don’t put it too over the top. This will be so cute with jeans, dresses, or shorts and can be worn well into Fall!
